Privacy policy
What we collect through this website, why, and how we look after it.
Last updated: November 2026
What we collect
We only collect what you choose to send us through the forms on this website:
- Consultation enquiries: your name, email address, phone number (optional), the treatment you're interested in, and any message you write.
- "Notify me" sign-ups: your email address and the treatment you'd like to hear about.
Please don't send detailed medical information through the website. We'll go through your medical history privately at your consultation.
How we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and arrange your consultation.
- To let you know when a treatment you signed up for becomes available.
We don't sell your information, share it with advertisers, or add you to a marketing list you didn't ask to join.
Where it's stored
Form submissions are stored securely with our database provider, Supabase. Website visitors can only send information. They can't see anyone else's submissions.
This website loads its fonts from Google Fonts, which means Google receives your browser's standard technical details (such as your IP address) when you visit. We don't use advertising or tracking cookies.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries only as long as we need them to arrange and follow up on your consultation, and "notify me" sign-ups until the treatment launches or you ask us to remove you.
Your choices
You can ask us at any time to see, correct or delete the information you've sent us, or to stop contacting you. Just send us an enquiry saying what you'd like, and we'll take care of it.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle your information, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
